I work with organizations to improve processes, organize information, evaluate technology, and solve operational challenges. Whether the project involves building a business system, analyzing data, improving reporting, or troubleshooting technology issues, the goal is always the same: create solutions that are useful, understandable, and aligned with real-world needs.

Much of my approach comes from working with systems that were overly complicated, difficult to maintain, or disconnected from the people who relied on them every day. Good technology should help the people doing the work while also supporting the goals and resources of the organization behind it.
